AAIDD is excited to announce changes to its virtual educational offerings to better serve its members and grow its membership.
Beginning in January 2021, AAIDD webinars will go “behind the member wall.” AAIDD members will continue to be able to register and have access to the archives at no cost; however, we will begin charging non-members a small fee to register for the webinars.
Over 10,000 people registered for AAIDD webinars so far this year. To better support the field as the pandemic emerged, AAIDD hosted weekly webinars for 16 weeks (March through July) and has since returned to its twice a month schedule.
AAIDD’s webinars will continue to be open to all at no cost through the end of 2020; as they go behind the member wall in January, closed captioning will be integrated into all webinars.
