Crucial Conversations

Crucial Conversations are deep dive into what's happening now and what's working.

Crucial Conversations are 45-minute small-group dialogues with AAIDD thought leaders on emerging issues and responses from the field.

They are

Held monthly
Limited in attendance to 15 AAIDD members
A brief presentation from the host followed by discussion with participants ("conversation" is in the name!)
Not recorded to encourage frank discussion
Designed to provide access to emerging knowledge and effective responses
