Joyce Louden

Dr. Louden earned her PhD in Social Psychology from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.  She currently works for the state of Louisiana as the Director of Education and Training in the Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities.  She has a long history of service in the Louisiana Chapter of AAIDD and has served various positions on its board.  She was honored by the Louisiana Chapter with the Maurice Dayan Education Award (2013) and the Helen S. Thompson Memorial Award (2018).
